Yes and no. If it is a phone that has a SIM card slot (SIM is you account info on an unlocked phone) then yes. Your carries will give you a sim card and you will pay their rates. If it doesnt have a sim slot like verixon phones then no. You have to go with that carrier. Make sure you buy an unlocked phone. Unlocked are the only ones that work.
